Leading the creative team, we embedded established in-restaurant CX principles into the drive-thru journey, embraced the global Feel-Good design system and aligned customer messaging, creating a digital design system, that works across multiple day parts and ever-evolving Limited Time Offers, to aid customer navigation in the drive-thru journey.

With four guiding principles to lead the creative: less is more, food is the hero, digital first & set a clear journey; we always have clear considerations to enhance our customers experience.
